SFBB Training helps Mehana Vitosha Restaurant achieve a 5-star Food hygiene rating
Mehana Vitosha Restaurant Doncaster is a restaurant in Doncaster, South Yorkshire that has recently achieved a 5-star food hygiene rating from Doncaster Council. This rating is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the restaurant’s staff to ensure that their food is safe and of a high quality.
In order to achieve the 5-star rating, the restaurant worked with SFBB Training UK to implement all the necessary HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) training, based on the Safer Food for Better Business pack.
This includes strict food safety procedures such as keeping the work area clean, controlling temperatures of stored food, preventing contamination and following safe food handling practices. The restaurant also underwent a rigorous inspection from Doncaster Council to make sure that all these safety measures were in place.
The restaurant’s commitment to food safety is further demonstrated by their use of English as a Second Language (ESL) training. This was provided by SFBB Training UK, and it ensures that all staff can understand and follow food safety procedures properly and accurately.
Mehana Vitosha Doncaster is a great example of a restaurant that takes food safety seriously and is committed to providing safe and delicious food for its customers. By following the strict HACCP training and making sure that all staff are properly trained on food safety practices, the restaurant has been able to achieve the highest rating from Doncaster Council.
