At Sky Fries Slough, allergen management is supported by SFBB Training UK. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to allergen control; however, we cannot guarantee that any of our food is completely free from allergens. Despite our strict procedures, the wide variety of ingredients handled in our kitchen, shared preparation areas and equipment, third-party supplied products, and delivery processes mean there is always a risk of cross-contamination.

Genetically Modified Ingredients & Other Contaminants
Some of the ingredients used by our suppliers may be derived from genetically modified (GM) sources. This includes but is not limited to cooking oils, soya-based products, and other potential allergens. While we strive for transparency, we rely on supplier information and cannot guarantee the absence of GM ingredients or undisclosed allergens.
