At Crows Nest Fisheries we operate a zero-tolerance policy on allergens; however, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens. Despite our best efforts, due to the nature of food production, handling, and supply chains, cross-contamination may occur.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please inform a member of staff before placing your order. We will do our best to provide accurate information; however, due to third-party ingredients and handling, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our products.
Warning – Hidden Risks of Third-Party Contamination
Allergens may be present in ingredients supplied by third-party manufacturers, which are outside of our direct control. Additionally, there is always a risk of exposure when food is shared, as other individuals may have come into contact with allergenic ingredients. Even trace amounts of allergens can pose a serious risk to those with severe sensitivities.
Genetically Modified Ingredients & Other Contaminants
Some of the ingredients used by our suppliers may be derived from genetically modified (GM) sources. This includes but is not limited to cooking oils, soya-based products, and other potential allergens. While we strive for transparency, we rely on supplier information and cannot guarantee the absence of GM ingredients or undisclosed allergens.
