π π¦ Why Rice Can Be Dangerous
Cooked rice may still contain Bacillus cereus, a harmful bacteria that comes from spores.
Cooking rice does not destroy these spores. When rice is left warm:

After 2 hours, spores start to grow into bacteria

After 4 hours, they can make a dangerous toxin

Reheating rice does NOT destroy this toxin
So even hot rice can make customers sick.
This means fast cooling is more important than reheating.
